Error 22223 - Event PasswordChanged is not enabled for Platform messages

I am trying to subscribe to the event PasswordChanged, but I get the following error message:

Summary

At the time of writing this article, the following events are only available for eBay UK and Germany as SMS subscription:

• AccountSuspended
• EmailAddressChanged
• PasswordChanged
• PasswordHintChanged
• PaymentDetailsChanged
• UserIDChanged

You cannot subscribe to these events via Platform notifications, as you would to other events like, EndOfAuction.
