Sandbox: Managing Keysets and Tokens throwing "Internal error to the application"

Issue Summary: Sandbox API users are getting the error "Internal error to the application" while managing Keysets, Tokens and Other API Calls such as "GetCategories", "GetCategorySpecifics","GetNotificationPreferences" , "GetOrders" etc. We are aware of this issue and actively looking into it.
