This enumeration type lists the types of cases that may be created by the buyer or seller.

| Value | Description |
| ITEM_NOT_RECEIVED | This enumeration value indicates that the case was created by the buyer because the item wasn't received within the expected delivery window. INR inquiries can also be escalated to INR cases. |
| RETURN | This enumeration value indicates that the case was created after a return request was escalated by the buyer or seller. |
